About Us

Surrounded by gardens on a 20-hectare property off National Highway 715, this relaxed resort is 13 km from Kaziranga National Park and 18 km from the Diffloo Tea Estate. The warm rooms come with cable TV, minibars, and tea and coffeemaking facilities. Suites add separate living rooms and balconies. Breakfast is available. Other amenities consist of 2 restaurants and 2 bars, 1 of which is by the outdoor pool. There's also a gym and a spa.

The resort is one of the best in Kaziranga and the service is quite good. Room was very nice and spacious and had good interiors. Breakfast spread and dinner options are tasty and service is so nice. They maintain the place very clean. My only issue is that spa services were quite costly and the services were not that good. Amateurish but okay.

IORA is a beautiful upscale property just off the main road at Kohora zone of Kaziranga National Park. We stayed there for 3 nights in a Superior category room in CP plan. The journey from Guwahati station to IORA took almost 5 hours and we reached here at late afternoon. The check in was fast and we were taken to the room. The room was huge and super clean with a staired bunk bed for additional person. There was a private balcony attached to it.

Our bags were in our rooms before we'd hardly left the cars. From then on the staff were very attentive, happy and did all they could to help us in any way. Mr. Rikesh Chetry watched over us continually and could not do any more to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and the food excellent. It was a joy to stay in this hotel.

Probably the best place to stay near kaziranga. Very good food menu. It is a serene place and relatively less crowded which lets you live in complete peace. Highly recommended place. It is 10 mins from the Kaziranga central range. It has a handloom shop as well. Parking is sufficient and safe.
